prices

NOTICE: non-chibi commissions are currently unavailable.

– the option to add a simple color for a background is free of charge. i am open to discuss a more complex background but that will be an additional charge starting from $2, the price depending on complexity. a complex background would be like this.
(the link leads to a full image of a comic with a more complex background)– each additional character is +100% the base price (i.e. two characters will be double the base price; three will be triple the base price)– these are base prices, i may charge extra for difficult poses, intricate clothing, and accessories. don't hesitate to ask me for a quote!

– i am also willing to draw simple comics (sketch/lineart/lineart with flats) without or with minimal backgrounds. Prices may range from $30—$55 depending on number of panels and style–similar to non-comic commissions, there can be additional fees from complexity of the request and other similar things. colored comics will be double the price.

terms of service (tos)

if you fail to follow the rules stated below, i have the right to decline your commission.

general terms

– please write clearly.
– provide proper and clear references, including a frontal and back view of the character (especially if the character is from media i am unfamiliar with), a description of the character's personality, and a picture of the desired pose.
– no more than 2 commissions per person at a time.
– if you wish for pictures of the work in progress, please let me know in advance. otherwise, you will only see the first sketches for reference of the progress.
– the commissioned artwork may only be for personal use, unless discussed otherwise.
– your commission will be completed within 1 month though it may be delayed further due to many factors such as: health, difficulty of the commission, the placement of your commission in the orders, family issues, and school. if any of the above occur, you will be notified.
– all commissions will be exported as .PNG files unless otherwise specified.
– i reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

payment

– all commissions are paid in two parts:
⠀1. once i have confirmed the price and accepted your commission, you will pay half of the total commission before i start sketching the commission.
⠀2. after i have finished and emailed you the sketch, once you approve of it, you must pay the other half of the commission's total price. then, i will proceed with fulfilling the commission.
– i will only be accepting payments in USD through Paypal.

customer satisfaction

– i will do everything i can to make sure my customers are pleased with their commissions. however, please know that once the commission is finished, i will only be amenable to make minimal changes such as fixing small coloring and lineart mistakes.
– once the customer asks for major changes–such as changes to the pose and coloring, anything that requires a complete redraw–, they will be charged extra.
– if the references given were unclear at the start, requests for minor changes will come with a fee. please make sure the references you provide are clear in your order.

copyright/usage policy

– as the artist, i hold the rights to the production of the piece, not the character(s); consequently, this allows me to use the artwork to promote myself on any platform.
– the use of the copyrighted artwork is only for personal use, unless agreed otherwise. as the commissioner you may: print the art for yourself and claim ownership of the character (unless it is fanart) but not the drawing itself; use the art to promote yourself, provided that you properly credit the art to me, the artist, such as mentioning my username in the description in a social media post.
– if you commit copyright infringement in any way, your right of ownership to the ownerwork will be redacted. the following are considered acts of copyright infringement: reproducing or using the copyrighted work commercially–making money from the work in any way–; taking credit for the creation of the work; removing any watermarks or signatures of the artist; and, altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.
– purchasing commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% the original price. with commercial rights, you may: create any merchandise with the artwork; use it in books, covers, as props; and, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with it. credit is still required for usage of the artwork even if it is altered or edited.

cancelling/refunding policy

– i have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
– you have no right to cancel or demand a refund under any circumstances once the payment is received by me. however, if the money has not been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.– if you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything you commissioned from me will be retracted and i have the right to sell the work to new buyers.
– you will be forbidden from ever commissioning me, antukini, ever again.any of the statements above can be bound to change if discussed with me, prior to the commission.

process

the step-by-step process

01 || you may contact me through any of my social media (tumblr, twitter, or discord) or my email to check if my commissions are open and to secure yourself a commission slot, discuss with me what you would like to commission and see if i agree, and/or inquire about my commissions.02 || once i confirm that i have a slot open, send your email of your order with the following: (1) your twitter handle/tumblr username; (2) your Paypal address; (3) a description of what you want me to draw, including the commission type as indicated in the pricing section of this carrd; (4) any other info (e.g. the character's personality; a pinterest board of the character); and, (5) picture references (e.g. the character in official art (if fanart); a pose).03 || i will confirm that i have received the email of your order and will send the calculated total price through email along with an invoice on paypal for payment.04 || you will pay half of the payment through the provided paypal invoice. once payment is confirmed, i will start working on the beginning sketch.05 || i will send you the rough draft of the commission and you may request minor changes–major changes will have additional fees.06 || once you approve the sketch, you will pay the other half of the commission. once confirmed, i will continue to finish the commission. progress pictures will only be provided if discussed beforehand.07 || i will send the completed commission through email. you may request minor changes but major changes will cost extra.
